TestimonialDrop is built by a small indie team. We keep things simple and fair. You use our tool to collect and display testimonials — we host it, keep it running, and don't do anything weird with your data. That's the deal.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use TestimonialDrop.
You're responsible for the content you collect and display through our platform. Don't use TestimonialDrop for anything illegal, spammy, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You own your testimonials and data. We don't claim any rights to user-generated content. When you delete your account, we delete your data. We won't sell your data or the testimonials you collect to third parties. Ever.
Paid plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lifetime deals are one-time payments with no recurring charges. If you're not happy within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we'll work it out. We're reasonable people.
We do our best to keep TestimonialDrop running 24/7, but we're a small team — not AWS. Occasional downtime may happen. We don't guarantee 100% uptime, but we do guarantee we'll fix things fast when they break.
TestimonialDrop is provided "as is". We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
